ASER Pakistan 2011 training course was held from July, 21-30, 2011 at IER Department, University of the Punjab, Lahore. It is a capacity building program for ASER volunteers. ASER Associate 2011 training program is 100 days training program; 3 weeks of course work and rest is practical experience by implementation of ASER Survey 2011 survey. Lahore: The South Asian Forum for Education Development (SAFED) and Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA) is launching “Annual Status of Education Report (ASER) Pakistan (Rural) – 2010 , Punjab Release at Auditorium, Punjab civil officer Mess, 5- tolintonroad,GOR-1, Lahore. Before the formal launch, a panel discussion will be held on the ASER 2010 survey findings. The discussion is scheduled to be participated in by Prime Minister’s special assistant on social sectors Mr. Javaid Aslam, Chairman Planning and Development Punjab, Syed Babar Ali, Advisor Packages Limited, Mr. Aslam Kumboh, Secretary Schools, Ms. Shaheen Attique ur Rehman, Chairperson Bunyad, Mr. Mohyudin Ahmad Wani, Managing Director PEF, Mr. Abdullah Sumbal, Director PDSSP and SAFED coordinator Baela Raza Jamil.
